If you would like to chose a different style frame or if your eyeglasses need to be remade for reasons beyond our control, you can exchange for a new pair.

To exchange, please contact us first to obtain an exchange authorization number, then send the glasses back with an order copy and the case, we will be happily exchange them with another. However, since the lenses are custom made for you, they cannot be re-used and we must discard them. As such, there is a small fee for exchanging, which we only do to keep costs down for all of our customers. The redo fee is 85% of the sale price , plus shipping.  We pride ourselves on providing the finest quality products and we will work to ensure that you are 100% satisfied.
